In Uganda, the government has made efforts to introduce Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in schools through policies, computer labs, and the inclusion of ICT in the curriculum. However, the full implementation of technology in education still faces numerous challenges. 1. Limited Access to Electricity A large number of schools, especially in rural areas, do not have reliable electricity.
